Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council head Oleksiy Danilov warned today, Sunday, that Russia's plans to deploy tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus will destabilize that country. He wrote on Twitter: "The Kremlin has taken Belarus as a nuclear hostage."
