Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev stated on Monday that the International Criminal Court's decision to issue an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin will have serious consequences for international law. He wrote on the Telegram app: "They decided to prosecute a president... a nuclear power that is not participating in the International Criminal Court like the United States and other countries. The consequences for international law will be severe."
