Israeli President Isaac Herzog called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu today, Thursday, to abandon the proposed legislation for judicial reform and instead adopt a model that receives broad support. In a televised address, he noted that there are agreements on most issues sufficient to forgo the currently proposed legislation and replace it with an alternative plan that is mutually agreed upon for discussion.
