Casualties and Missing Following Bus Fall into River

At least 6 people have died and 3 others are missing after a bus veered off its path and plunged into the Lieres River in northwestern Spain. Local media reported that emergency responders managed to rescue two individuals, the bus driver and one passenger, while the search for the missing continues. The police confirmed that a breath and drug test was conducted on the driver, which returned negative. The regional leader of Galicia, Alfonso Rueda, stated that search and rescue efforts have been hampered due to heavy rainfall. It is believed that eight people, including the driver, were on the bus, with reports indicating that the passengers were returning home after visiting relatives in prison.
