The details reported that a brain-dead individual saved the lives of five people suffering from hopeless medical conditions. This story began when a patient was diagnosed as brain dead, and his family agreed to donate his organs to save other patients.
Dr. Abdul Wahab Noah, a consultant anesthesiologist for organ transplantation at King Abdullah Medical City, explained the procedure details, stating that the patient was moved after being diagnosed with brain death, and after obtaining the family's consent, several organs were coordinated with the Saudi Center for Organ Transplantation.
He continued: "Two kidneys, a liver, a lung, and a heart were taken and transplanted into several patients who were in desperate health conditions, which led to saving their lives."
