German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock stated today, Tuesday, that the European Union is working on finding ways to prevent the circumvention of sanctions against Russia in its negotiations over a new package of measures. In response to a question about the inclusion of several Chinese companies on the blacklist, Baerbock mentioned that negotiations are ongoing but emphasized the general importance of addressing circumvention of restrictions. Baerbock was speaking in Berlin alongside Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang.
