The regional administration in the city of Kherson, southern Ukraine, reported today, Saturday, that a mother and her daughter were killed in Russian shelling. The administration wrote on the Telegram app: "This Russian shelling claimed the lives of a 48-year-old woman and her 28-year-old daughter," and explained that the shelling hit an area near an educational institution. Russia has previously denied targeting civilians, but Kyiv and its allies accuse Moscow of committing a long list of war crimes in Ukraine.
