Canadian police arrested a suspect today, Sunday, for committing a "hate-motivated incident" at a mosque in Ontario on Thursday, after he approached a worshipper, threatened him, and directed religious insults at him. York Regional Police stated that the incident occurred in the town of Markham, and the suspect, 28-year-old Sharan Karunakaran, was apprehended in Toronto.
