AC Milan, a team in Italy's Serie A, announced on Wednesday its separation from sporting director Frederic Massara, just a day after announcing the split with club manager Paolo Maldini. Massara was Maldini's assistant when Milan won the league title in 2022. In the past season, AC Milan finished fourth in Serie A and reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League, where they lost 3-0 on aggregate to local rivals Inter Milan, who will face Manchester City in the final next Saturday.
