Russian private military group Wagner's leader, Yevgeny Prigozhin, announced late Sunday that his forces have raised the Russian flag over the Bakhmut town administration building in Ukraine. Prigozhin stated in a voice message released by his press service via Telegram, "From a legal standpoint, Bakhmut has been seized... the enemy is concentrated in the western parts."
