The President of the Global Environmental Party, Domit Kamel, pointed out that "we have reached the beginning of the end of the tremors crisis we experienced after the passage of the green comet." He added in an interview with "Voice of Lebanon": "There was fear that the gravitational force pulling seawater westward would continue for a long time, which would negatively affect the tectonic plates in the region," affirming that there is no danger of a tsunami in the Mediterranean Sea, as they occur in oceans due to large earthquakes, hence there is no need for panic. He continued, saying: "The situation is almost stable, and the tremors that are occurring are minor, and the atmosphere in the region is not one of massive earthquakes. There was a danger from the passage of the green comet, but it has passed, and we are now in the final phase, and we will continue to feel some minor tremors until the end of this month."
