Tunisian President Dismisses Fatma Al-Yaqoubi from "Judicial Reconciliation"

Tunisian President Kais Saied issued a decree today, Friday, dismissing Fatma Al-Yaqoubi from her membership in the National Commission for Judicial Reconciliation. This decree takes effect immediately, according to a statement from the Presidency. Al-Yaqoubi had caused significant controversy after discussing the readiness of one of the detained businessmen to pay 30 billion dinars as part of the judicial reconciliation process.
