Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu awarded medals to some Russian soldiers today, Sunday, after Moscow stated that they destroyed four German-made "Leopard" tanks and five American-made "Bradley" armored vehicles while repelling a Ukrainian counter-offensive. Shoigu appeared on state television presenting the "Gold Star of the Hero of Russia" medal, the highest military honor in Russia.
