Flight Attendant Reveals the Most Dangerous Items for Passengers on a Plane

A former flight attendant shared their opinion on the Quora forum, stating that the headphones found on airplanes are among the most dangerous items for passengers, as they are used by dozens of people daily. According to the flight attendant, the headphones on the plane can harbor a lot of germs and dirt, and noted that the soft earpads are only replaced if they are torn.

They explained that during the spread of the coronavirus, this issue became more severe. The flight attendant recommended that passengers bring their own headphones aboard, stating that even the cheapest technology would be safer and cleaner than what is available on the plane.

The attendant also drew attention to the pillows and blankets provided on planes, mentioning that once the plane lands, the crew collects the blankets and simply folds them for the next flight. They concluded by saying, "At least they are generous enough to change the pillow covers."

Earlier in October, a Ryanair passenger expressed outrage over the dirtiness on the plane, complaining about food remnants and wrappers under the seats, while noting that according to flight attendants, the plane is cleaned after every flight.
