- "Esperance" (Tunisia) with 4 titles
- "Wydad" (Morocco) with 3 titles
Yesterday, "Al Ahly" (Egypt) stripped its rival "Wydad" (Morocco) of the title of African Champions League champion by drawing 1-1 in the return leg of the final in Casablanca, after defeating them 2-1 in the first leg in Cairo last week.
