Zelensky: Russia Turns Power Grid into Battlefield

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accused the Russians of mining a dam at a hydroelectric power station in the Kherson region of southern Ukraine controlled by Moscow's forces. In his daily speech published on social media, Zelensky stated, "According to our information, Russian terrorists have mined the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station units and its dam." The Ukrainian president added, "If the dam is destroyed, the North Crimean Canal will vanish, resulting in a 'widespread disaster'." Zelensky addressed Europeans, saying, "Russia is turning the power grid in our country into a 'battlefield' through attacks that force people to flee to Europe."
