The Algerian Ministry of Energy announced today, Monday, that Algeria will reduce its oil production by an additional 20,000 barrels from August 1 to August 31 to support Saudi and Russian efforts to achieve balance and stability in oil markets. The ministry added that this voluntary cut comes in addition to a reduction of 48,000 barrels decided in April.
