On the security front, amid increasing fears of disturbances that might once again impact the security situation due to political tensions, retired Brigadier General George Nader warned of potential security unrest stemming from the political climate and its complexities, which generate chaos and problems, alongside hunger and poverty. In a call with "Anbaa", Nader expressed his discomfort with statements claiming that security is under control and there is no fear of security issues, "due to the absence of social and health guarantees for security forces." He questioned, "How can security forces maintain order amidst poverty and hunger, knowing that a police officer's salary does not exceed $30? This is compounded by the lack of medical care and health services for security personnel." Nader also asked, "How can violations be pursued and offenders arrested and their weapons confiscated when there are areas that security forces are prohibited from entering, where military parades occur openly?" He emphasized the necessity of enforcing the law in all areas.
