Harry Kane, the captain of Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League, wished good luck to his former manager Mauricio Pochettino after the Argentine was appointed as the coach of London rivals Chelsea. Kane told Reuters, "Mauricio was a great manager for me because he has a charismatic personality. He helped me a lot to reach where I am now. So I am very grateful to him."
He added, "Everyone has their own career, and everyone has their own future. I wish him good luck and hope he does well, but not better (than Tottenham), obviously."
Pochettino led Tottenham to the UEFA Champions League final in 2019 and turned the team into a contender in the Premier League, finishing in the top four for four consecutive seasons before being dismissed in 2019.
