Ukrainian Official: Second Stuck Ship Leaves Odessa Port

Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov indicated on Sunday that "the second ship among those stuck in Odessa port, after Russia's withdrawal last month from the Black Sea grain export agreement, has departed the port." Kubrakov posted on the "X" platform, stating, "The ship Primus, flying the Liberian flag, has begun sailing through a temporary corridor opened for civilian ships, carrying steel products to African countries." He noted that "the ship had been in the port since February 20, 2022, just before the Russian attack began, carrying steel products to Africa."
