Title: ISIS Claims Responsibility for Attack in Uganda

The Islamic State has claimed responsibility via its Telegram channel today, Wednesday, for "an attack that occurred yesterday, Tuesday, in Uganda, resulting in the death of one Ugandan and two foreign tourists." Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni pledged today that Ugandan forces will track down those responsible for the killing of a safari guide and the foreign tourists who were on their honeymoon in a national park.
