The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations announced today, Saturday, the arrival of the first Russian rescue team consisting of 50 members to Libya, heading to the devastated city of Derna. It was noted that "the team is equipped with all necessary equipment for search and rescue operations, including boats, diving gear, and trained dogs."
