Authorities in the Vinnytsia region of western Ukraine ordered the evacuation of residents early on Saturday, saying that "an attack launched by Russia caused damage to an infrastructure site." The regional governor, Serhiy Borzov, indicated that "a specific infrastructure site was targeted." Ukrainian officials sometimes use the term infrastructure to refer to specialized facilities for electricity generation or other sectors.
