Lavrov Informs Guterres of Russia's Readiness to Return to Grain Deal if Conditions are Met

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov informed UN Secretary-General António Guterres on Thursday that Moscow would return to the Black Sea grain export agreement if the West fulfilled its obligations towards Russia. The Russian Foreign Ministry stated, "In response to a question from the UN Secretary-General about the possibility of resuming the Black Sea Initiative, Sergei Lavrov reiterated Moscow's position... on its readiness to return to participate only if all obligations towards the Russian side are indeed met."
