The Amiri Diwan announced today, Tuesday, that the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, received a phone call from U.S. President Joe Biden, who thanked him for the mediation that led to the release of several Americans who had been detained in Iran.
