Italy Lifts Ban on

The famous "Chat GPT" program developed by the artificial intelligence company "OpenAI" is once again available in Italy after addressing privacy concerns. The data protection authority known as "Garante" stated in a press release that "OpenAI has resumed its service in Italy by improving transparency and the rights of European users," noting that "OpenAI now complies with several conditions requested by the authority to lift the ban imposed in late March."

OpenAI has enhanced transparency on its website regarding how user data is processed, granted users certain rights to opt-out, and implemented barriers for children under 13 years old. The company had faced accusations of failing to inform its users about the information stored about them and lacking a legal basis for data protection and storage.

The "Chat GPT" technology is a robot or program that uses artificial intelligence, engaging in conversation with users and providing detailed answers to their questions while remembering previously asked questions during the dialogue as if it were between two people.
