Blinken Urges ICC Member States to Comply with Arrest Warrant for Putin

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken urged all member states of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on Wednesday to comply with the arrest warrant issued by the court against Russian President Vladimir Putin. In response to a question posed by U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham during a Senate Appropriations Committee hearing about whether he would encourage European allies to "extradite" Putin, Blinken said, "I believe that any member of the court that has obligations should fulfill those obligations."
