The media office of the Ministry of Culture announced that "Minister of Culture Judge Mohammed Wissam Al-Murtaza had previously issued a decision last month to open the gates of Byblos Castle for free to Lebanese citizens throughout the day on Saturday, July 8, encouraging them to visit the city of Byblos and get to know its exceptional cultural, archaeological, and heritage legacy, especially since this coincides with the 'Fulkah Festival' organized by the Ministry of Tourism in Byblos on the days of July 7, 8, and 9."
