The Lebanese Tobacco and Tobacco Products Monopoly Administration ("Regie") announced in a statement that it has "continued its efforts to combat smuggling, as it raided a warehouse in the Labweh area with the support of the Lebanese Army and seized large quantities of smuggled tobacco products and smuggled molasses." A record of the violations was documented and is being reviewed by the competent judiciary.
