What’s New with the Cellular Employees' Strike?

The Union of Employees and Workers of the Cellular Sector announced today, Thursday, the suspension of the work stoppage after the management of “Alfa” and “Touch” committed to implementing the collective labor agreement and ensuring fairness for all employees. The union stated in a statement: "Based on the meetings and communications that took place between the union and the administrations of Alfa and Touch until late hours, which resulted in the Boards of Directors of both companies confirming their commitment to ensuring fairness for all employees, according to the collective labor agreement, by the end of this month, and the ongoing efforts to maximize the actual value of salaries sequentially. Therefore, the union announces the suspension of the work stoppage and requests all employees to resume their work as usual starting today, Thursday."
