News agencies reported that Moscow has included Norway on the list of foreign countries it describes as taking "unfriendly" actions against Russian diplomatic missions. The Russian news agency RIA Novosti stated that countries on the list can employ a limited number of local staff at their missions in Russia, with the number for Norway set at 27 people. In April, Norway expelled 15 Russian diplomats over espionage allegations, and Russia expelled ten diplomats from Norway in response.
