Houthi Rebels Launch Ballistic Missiles at Israel

A spokesman for the Yemeni Houthi movement, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced in a statement that "the movement launched several ballistic missiles at military sites in the Israeli city of Eilat." He confirmed in the statement that "the Yemeni armed forces continue to carry out their military operations against the Israeli enemy and to enforce the decision to prevent Israeli ships from navigating in the Arabian and Red Seas in support of the oppressed Palestinian people until the aggression against our brothers in Gaza stops." This marks the sixth time that the U.S. Navy has fired at drones in the southern Red Sea since the outbreak of the war between Israel and the Hamas movement on October 7, amidst a series of attacks on commercial vessels in Middle Eastern waters.
