Zelensky Requests NATO-Ukraine Meeting to Discuss Security in the Black Sea

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has requested the convening of the NATO-Ukraine Council to discuss the security situation in the Black Sea, particularly focusing on the operation of Ukrainian grain export corridors. This request was made during a phone call with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. He stated, "We have moved to a new and more advanced level in our cooperation with the NATO-Ukraine Council, and this mechanism can have an impact." He continued, "I proposed to Jens that the council convene without delay for consultations on the crisis. The meeting will take place in the coming days. We can overcome the security crisis in the Black Sea."
