The Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Airways, Ma'an Al-Rzouqi, stated today, Wednesday, that "the company may face delays of six to twelve months in receiving some Airbus aircraft." He indicated in an interview with "Reuters" that "any financial burdens arising from this will be borne by the party responsible for the delay." The company aims to achieve its first profits and increase the number of passengers to 5.5 million by 2025, and is negotiating to lease between six to eight aircraft for a period of 12 years.
