The Russian Ministry of Defense has published a video of an airborne operation conducted by the Russian Navy on a Palauan-flagged ship that attempted to enter the Ukrainian port of "Ismail" without responding to warnings. The video shows a Russian "Ka-29" helicopter flying over the cargo ship "Sukru Okan," which did not comply with stop instructions, and the moments when a group of Russian military personnel descended onto the ship to check documents and conduct inspections in the ship's cabins to search for prohibited goods.
The ministry confirmed that "the inspection team's work on the ship was conducted professionally and in accordance with international document requirements," noting that after the inspection was completed, the ship continued its movement toward the port of "Ismail." It added that "the incident occurred on August 13th."
