A price document reviewed by Reuters on Wednesday showed that Kuwait has reduced the official selling price of its crude oil exports to Asia in December by 20 cents from the previous month to $2.85 per barrel above the average prices of Oman/Dubai. Kuwait also raised the official selling price for its premium light crude for December to $3.35 per barrel above Oman/Dubai prices, an increase of 40 cents from the previous month.
