Ronaldo Breaks His Silence

Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, captain of the Portuguese national team, has come forward to deny recent rumors about threatening to leave the team's camp in Doha during the participation in the "Qatar 2022" World Cup. He added, "This is a team in every sense of the word, and we will fight for the dream until the end; believe in us, let’s go Portugal." The Portuguese Football Federation issued an official statement stating: "The Federation confirms that Cristiano did not threaten at any time to leave the national team camp in Qatar." It continued: "Cristiano Ronaldo has built a remarkable and unique career with the Portuguese national team, which must be respected; he is known for his unwavering commitment."

The newspaper "Record" had reported on its front page, "Ronaldo threatened to leave," confirming that "the Don" threatened to leave as soon as he learned he would be on the bench during the recent match against Switzerland.
