A stray bullet hit the car of the military court's government commissioner, Judge Roland Chahrouni, a "Toyota CHR," at the entrance of Rafic Hariri International Airport in Beirut, just minutes after he parked and entered the airport premises. The bullet penetrated the engine cover, and an investigation into the incident has been opened.
