Death of Ugandan Minister by His Bodyguard

The State Minister for Labor, Employment, and Industrial Relations in Uganda, retired Colonel Charles Okello Engola, was shot dead by his bodyguard, who later shot himself. The Speaker of Parliament, Anita Annet Among, confirmed the minister's death during a parliamentary session on Tuesday morning, stating: "I received the sad news this morning, as the minister's bodyguard shot Engola, and then the killer shot himself. May his soul rest in peace. This is the will of God."
