Arrest of Suspects in Brital

The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance issued a statement today, Thursday, stating: "On October 11, 2023, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate raided a number of homes of key suspects involved in drug trafficking and distribution between the Bekaa and Beirut in the town of Brital. The following suspects were arrested: (A.Y.), (A.Y.), (A.Y.), and (M.S.). Several stolen vehicles, military weapons, and a quantity of drugs were confiscated. The seized items have been handed over and investigations with the detainees are underway under the supervision of the competent judiciary."
