Interior and Municipalities Minister Bassam Mawlawi, in the caretaker government, confirmed to "Asharq Al-Awsat" that "the investigation into the assassination of Lebanese Forces official Elias Al-Hosroni has not stopped, and the Information Branch continues to work under the supervision of the judiciary." He added that he is "determined to enforce the law, uncover the truth, and protect civil peace."
