The New York Post announced that billionaire Robert Murdoch, 92 years old, owner of the News Corp media group, is engaged for the fifth time. The Australian-born media mogul, who obtained U.S. citizenship in 1985, will marry Ann Leslie Smith, 66, who previously worked in the San Francisco police department. The newspaper reported that Murdoch and Smith met last September at one of Murdoch's vineyards in California, a month after his official divorce. Murdoch told the newspaper, "I was very nervous," adding, "I was afraid of falling in love, but I realized it would be the last time." The New York Post clarified that the wedding will take place at the end of summer. Murdoch, whose fortune is estimated by Forbes to be $17 billion, owns hundreds of media outlets through his group News Corp, particularly in the United States, where his companies control Fox News, The Wall Street Journal, and the New York Post.
