Tunisian Street "Boils" After the Killing of a Young Man in Clash with Police (Video)

Witnesses told "Reuters" that angry youths set up roadblocks and clashed with police in the Tunisian town of Sbeitla on Wednesday following the death of a young man during a police raid.

Witnesses and officials stated that police raided an electronic gambling shop in Sbeitla, located in the Kasserine Governorate, to arrest the shop owner. The owner gathered his friends and they opened fire with hunting rifles, prompting the police to respond by firing tear gas canisters.

Forensic experts are working to accurately determine the cause of death. Protesters set fire to tires, blocked roads, and threw stones at the police amidst rising tensions in the town. The police are pursuing the youths, using tear gas to disperse them.
