Preliminary data from the Saudi Central Bank for October, released today (Tuesday), shows a decrease in foreign assets by $13.77 billion compared to the previous month. The data indicates that net foreign assets declined to 1.524 trillion riyals ($406.35 billion) in October from 1.579 trillion riyals in September. Additionally, the data reveals that net foreign assets decreased by 8.7% year-on-year from 1.67 trillion riyals in the same month of the previous year.
