The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday evening that it had shot down a Ukrainian missile off the coast of the Crimean Peninsula. In a statement, it said that Russian air defense systems intercepted a Ukrainian "Neptune" missile over the northwestern part of the Black Sea near the coast of Crimea.
