Turkey: We Will Continue Our Efforts to Transfer Patients from Gaza to Turkey

Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca confirmed today, Thursday, that his country is "determined to continue its efforts to transfer patients from the Gaza Strip to its territory for treatment." Koca stated, "The transfer of 27 patients and 13 companions from Gaza to Turkey, via Egypt, is the result of international health diplomacy and field actions." He added, "The transfer of these patients to Turkey is an important step," emphasizing, "We will steadfastly continue our efforts to transfer patients from Gaza to Turkey."
