Arrest of Two Citizens in Jabal Badawi and Zgharta for Various Crimes

A statement was issued by the Army Command – Directorate of Guidance, stating: "On 29/9/2023, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence arrested the citizen (A.M.) in the Jabal Badawi area – Al-Dinnieh for throwing an anti-personnel mine during a dispute and firing gunshots in the mentioned area." Another patrol in the Ishaash area – Zgharta arrested the citizen (B.Sh.) for committing theft in several Lebanese areas and instigating disputes with citizens, and a stolen motorcycle was seized in his possession. The seized items were turned over, and investigations with the detainees began under the supervision of the competent judiciary."
