Russian Strikes Leave Casualties in Kherson

An advisor to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported early Tuesday that at least two people have been killed and a third injured following an attack by Russian forces on the city of Kherson in southern Ukraine. Russian troops have been periodically shelling Kherson since their withdrawal from the capital last year to the other side of the Dnipro River.
