A graduation ceremony and certificate distribution took place today, Thursday, at the Non-Commissioned Officers Institute - Mohamed Maki Barracks in Baalbek, for military personnel who completed the "Non-Commissioned Officer Trainer" course. The ceremony was presided over by the institute commander representing Army Commander General Joseph Aoun and attended by several officers.
