Lebanese Forces: All Claims About the Late Al-Hasrouni are Misinformation

The Lebanese Forces - Bent Jbeil Region issued the following statement: "A number of suspicious websites and accounts have been disseminating fabricated and misleading news, sometimes about the details of the murder of Elias Al-Hasrouni and other times about his party and national integrity. The Bent Jbeil area within the 'Lebanese Forces' considers everything being promoted regarding brother Al-Hasrouni as an attempt to mislead public opinion and to preempt the results of official investigations to obscure the known perpetrator. This also appears as a desperate attempt to erase the path filled with struggle and contribution, during which Al-Hasrouni committed to all his duties towards his region of Bent Jbeil without discrimination, serving as a role model for the party. Therefore, they regard all this fabricated misinformation as nothing but a systematic and blatant attempt to assassinate his character for a second time. They reserve the legal right to pursue anyone who promotes these lies and allegations." It was reported by "LBC" that following an autopsy of Elias Al-Hasrouni's body, it was revealed that the cause of death was pulmonary obstruction due to fractures in the rib cage caused by a solid object. Additionally, it was found that there was a blow to the head that was not the cause of death. The tests showed no traces of toxins or drugs in his body.
